Epic Fantasy New Release from Author/Illustrator Missy Sheldrake
February 15, 2017 Centreville, VA
Author/Illustrator Missy Sheldrake is pleased to announce the upcoming release of Call of Hywilkin, the fourth book in her Keepers of the Wellsprings series.
In this epic fantasy series, the Wellsprings are revered pools of magic, fiercely guarded and hidden away by fairies for decades. The series tells the sweeping tale of a time when the threats of ambitious Sorcerers forced these secret sources to be revealed.
In Call of Hywilkin:
A fallen prince, vanished. A ransom on His Majesty’s Elite demanded by shaky allies. A kingdom teetering on the brink of darkness. Azi and Rian’s urgent quest takes them to Hywilkin, a harsh land of ice and snow reigned by heartless men with a cruel intolerance for magic of any kind. Lurking in the far corners of the world, the Sorcerers of Dusk weave darkness into the hearts and minds of the allies of Dawn. In the floating kingdom of Brindelier, they lure Tib, the Dreamstalker, into their dangerous plots as he investigates conspiring shadows. The Champions of Light must prevail, or watch the world they cherish fall forever into the grips of Sorcery.
What reviewers are saying about the Keepers of the Wellsprings series:
“…this book had nice readability and should appeal to a wide range of audiences. Too often fantasy is written far too mature, or too childish. The author does a good job of not talking down to her audience, which leads to this readability range.” Fatho, Amazon Reviewer
“Azaeli is an awesome young lady; one to watch in the role model stakes.” -T.L. Clark, Author
“…an enchanting world from start to finish.” J. Ortiz, Amazon Reviewer
“Epic, Epic, Epic, wow what an incredible book, story and entry to a fantasy realm. This has movie possibilities written all over it. Magnificent writing, adventure with good and evil and some that are in between the two. Dark forces and forces of light. It simply doesn’t get any better.” -Kindle Reviewer
